1. Nature of the Service
Apna Poster is a digital subscription service providing immediate access to posters, videos, templates, and related content. Because access to digital content and features is granted instantly upon successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as expressly described in this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current or past billing periods.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered, at our discretion, only in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
- Payment failure mismatch: the amount was deducted but the subscription was not activated.
- Verified technical fault: a proven, unresolved technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the core paid features, and our team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with the variety or style of templates (a wide preview is available before purchase).
- Promotional or discounted purchases (e.g. introductory offers), unless required by law.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension.
- Partially used billing periods.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction or gateway fees, where non-recoverable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Wallet & Referral Earnings
Amounts earned through the Refer & Earn program or held in your in-app Wallet are subject to separate withdrawal conditions and are not part of subscription refunds. Wallet balances may have minimum withdrawal thresholds and verification requirements.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve the matter quickly.
